Certificates
The Hoop Shoot® program strives to build character in our nation's youth, while promoting integrity, hard work, quality family time and good sportsmanship. To that end, please be sure to present a certificate or ribbon to every child that participates in a school or Lodge Hoop Shoot® contest. We want every boy and girl who steps up to the free-throw line to have something with the Elks name on it to take home with them.
We've posted certificates here for an easy way to award the participants and champions of your local contest. To personalize the certificates for your Lodge, you will want to first save the document to your computer by right-clicking on the link and saving the certificate to your computer. After that, fill in your Lodge Name and number, save the document again, print a copy (note: you may have to adjust your margins in order for the full border to print), and then have the Lodge Exalted Ruler and Hoop Shoot® Director sign the original. Follow those steps for both certificates. After you've done that, you can make as many color copies as you need to have available to fill in on the day of the contest. It's that easy!
